Exchange Policy:
◉ Except Inner wear all garments in your order are eligible for exchange, provided they are unused & unwashed.
◉ Please ensure that the price/brand tags and all original packaging are intact.

◉ For outer wear, you are welcome to try them on, but please ensure they are preserved in their original condition for returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping:
◉ Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
◉ We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery.
◉ The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
◉ In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect garment, please contact us immediately at care@uppercult.com, providing pictures of the item.
◉ We will promptly replace the damaged or incorrect item, subject to stock availability.
◉ Please keep the garment untried, unworn, and unwashed. Notify us within 14 days of receiving the order.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
◉ The return request will be void if it exceeds the specified timeframe or if the product has been used, tampered with, or altered.
◉ Damage caused by misuse of the product or by a third party, such as laundry services, washing machines, or irons, will not be eligible for return or exchange.
◉ Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the box/pouch, tags and barcodes, and any other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
◉ Returns of products different from what was shipped will not be accepted.
